Board Roles

I serve as an independent/non-executive director and committee member for aviation, technology and finance-related businesses. My focus is on governance, capital structure, risk/transaction oversight and strategic decision-making, particularly in regulated and capital-intensive environments.

Advisory & Consulting

I advise and support investors, boards and management teams on complex transactions and strategic issues, including acquisitions, portfolio purchases and sales, financings, restructurings, divestments, technology development and market entry decisions. Engagements are typically discrete, senior-level and outcome-focused.

Teaching & Lecturing

I design and deliver executive, professional and academic education in aviation finance, leasing and corporate finance, including programmes for industry bodies, financial institutions and universities.
